My health matters campaign:
Firstly, the ‘My Health Matters’ campaign by the mid and south Essex health and care system aims to provide resources to help people in the area. By prioritizing their health and well-being.
As part of this initiative, they are showcasing local residents who are taking steps to improve their own health as well as well-being in creative ways.

The campaign is looking for case studies of people connecting with their local community. As well as, including using unique tools or resources to enhance their wellness journey.
